The Good Life

“The Good Life” is what you will feel in this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin that will sleep 8. With the amazing views of the mountains, you will never want to leave. You are only about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and about 25 minutes from Gatlinburg with paved mountain roads all the way to the cabin and parking for 3 vehicles. There are 2 parking areas, the upper parking will make it easy for anyone because there are no steps to enter. The lower parking area will have 15 steps to access the main entry door.

As you enter this gorgeous cabin, you will be taken away by the mountain views from the floor to ceiling windows. With an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining, and living room, you will never miss a moment of family time. You will have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare any meal and seating for 6 at the dining table with 2 additional chairs at the island. Relax and kick back on the couch or love seat while watching your favorite show on the Flat Screen TV, or grab a cup of hot cocoa and snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace on those cold winter nights. Just off the kitchen is the Master Bedroom with a King bed, Flat Screen TV, and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. If you are night owl, there is also a small deck just off the master bedroom. The main level deck has mountain views as far as the eye can see. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing or one of the gliders; that is the “Good Life”.

As you travel upstairs, there is a Queen Bedroom with a Flat Screen TV and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy a good book or take a nap on the couch just outside of the Queen bedroom, and enjoy the views that will just take your breath away.

On the lower level, you will find the game room, a bedroom, and bathroom. In the game room, get ready to enjoy some family and friend time either playing pool or air hockey, and while you wait your turn, play the stand-up arcade game. There is also a sleeper sofa for those who like to stay up late. The bedroom will have a Queen bed and a Flat Screen TV. The bathroom has a stand-up shower only. The laundry room is located on this level for your convenience. After a long day hiking, enjoy the hot tub and outdoor fire pit while taking in the mountain views.

Great view!! Space was great!

Directions difficult to follow after dark. A cabin name sign or number at intersection would have been helpful.

Wonderful Cabin! Amazing views! Gorgeous sunsets!

Rebecca Paris – 06/28/2021

We just stayed at The Good Life in early April 2021. 2 adults and 4 kids ages 4-10. This cabin has everything you will need. Wifi was great and every TV is a Smart TV and can stream Netflix (and Prime I believe.) It had all of the amenities and cooking utensils you would need. The views are AMAZING. We all watched the sunset as a family every single night. The basement was our main hang out spot. So much fun for the kids. Hot tub was great. Its about a 15 min drive into Wears Valley to stores and a few restaurants. There's a cool Food Truck spot with multiple trucks on Wears Valley Rd open every evening. I would plan to hit a grocery store on the way in, Walmart or Publix. The drive up the mountain to the cabin is crazy but fun....just go slow. The cabin was clean and just as advertised. We loved it!
